Payment Terms

Patagonia Fly Fishing Lodge, LLC ("Patagonia FFL") is a U.S.-based booking service that arranges guided fly-fishing stays at a network of independently owned and operated partner lodges in Chubut Province, Argentina. When you book through Patagonia FFL, your reservation and payment are made with Patagonia FFL, LLC; the lodging, meals, and guiding during your stay are provided directly by the partner lodge.

Deposit & Balance

A deposit of 50% of your total package price is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days before your arrival date. If you book within 90 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation — More Than 90 Days Before Arrival

Cancel more than 90 days before your arrival date and you'll receive a credit, valid for 24 months, toward a future stay at any Patagonia FFL partner lodge. Any card processing fees already incurred are deducted from the credit amount.

Cancellation Within 90 Days, or No-Show

Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, and reservations where the guest does not arrive, are non-refundable — the full amount paid is forfeited and no credit is issued.

Payment

All payments are processed in U.S. dollars via Square. Patagonia FFL does not accept payment in Argentine pesos.
