Versatility on the Water
Access More Water, More Ways
A raft covers many of the same miles a drift boat does, with a lower profile and a lighter footprint, well suited to tighter, more technical stretches, faster currents, and water that calls for a more maneuverable craft.
The fishing itself looks much the same as a drift boat day: your guide works the oars while you cast from the bow. What a raft adds is the ability to pull over and anchor almost anywhere. When a run or a rising fish is worth a closer look, your guide beaches the raft and you wade in, floating and wading in the same outing rather than choosing between the two.
Every lodge package includes a full-day professional, multilingual, native guide and the gear for whichever the day calls for: rods and reels for floating and sinking lines, flies, leaders and tippet, and loaner Simms/Orvis waders, boots, and wading staffs.
