We use various tools and technologies like cookies, web beacons, and web server logs to collect information automatically on the Site. This information may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, internet service provider details, language preferences, and details about your use of the Site (referring URLs, time and length of visits, and pages viewed).
“Cookies” are small data files stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies may allow a website to recognize a user’s device, record user preferences, track the pages a user clicks on while visiting the website, and identify the website visited immediately beforehand. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you may be able to adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the availability and functionality of this Site.
Your web browser may have settings that allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit various websites or use online services. Like many websites, the Site is not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from browsers.
Information Collected By Other Parties
Our vendors — including payment processors and website service providers — may share with us your personal information that you submit to them. For example, if you pay for a reservation using a credit card, you submit personal information to our payment processor, which may share your transaction information with us.
Patagonia Fly Fishing Lodge provides operations and reservations management for a curated collection of independently-operated fly fishing lodges. When you book a stay, the personal information needed to fulfill your reservation — such as your name, travel dates, and any dietary, medical, or gear-related preferences you provide — is shared with the specific lodge you are staying at, so that lodge can prepare for and host your visit.
When you submit information to another party, you are subject to that third party’s terms of use and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
Use of Personal Information
We may use your personal information to:
- Process and manage your reservation
- Provide the services you request
- Contact you about the status of your booking
- Identify your travel and trip preferences
- Customize our communications to you
- Improve our services and customer support
Sharing of Personal Information
We may share your personal information with the lodge hosting your stay, affiliates, business partners, and vendors (e.g., payment processors and website developers).
In the event of a business transaction, such as if we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (e.g., further to a merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such transactions), we reserve the right to disclose any information we obtain through the Site.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order
- Protect the company’s rights and property
- Investigate reports of fraud or of users sending material using a false email address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages
- Protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Site
- Respond to emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and elsewhere on the internet, for purposes such as interest-based advertising and reporting on ad performance.
You may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and adjust your Google advertising settings at adssettings.google.com. You may also be able to limit interest-based advertising using the settings on your browser or mobile device.
