Guide Team

Five independently-run partner lodges, each with its own guide staff, united by one standard of professional, multilingual, native guiding.

One Standard, Five Lodges

Guided by Locals

Every one of our partner lodges is independently owned and staffed, so there's no single Patagonia FFL guide roster. What's consistent across all five is the standard each lodge holds its own guides to: full-day, professional, multilingual, native guides who know the water, whether the day calls for floating or walking and wading.

On the Water, Full Day

A dedicated guide accompanies every angler for the full fishing day, on Home Waters, whether the day calls for floating or walking and wading.

Casting Lessons on Arrival

New to the sport, or just want a tune-up? Every package includes fly casting lessons on your arrival day, before your first day on the water.

Private Water Access

Every package includes private water access fees and the local knowledge to put you on water day visitors simply can't reach.

Every Lodge, Its Own Team

Carrileufu, Caridad, Futaleufu, Rivadavia, and Trevelin each keep their own guide staff, held to the same standard above. Ask about your assigned guide when you book: we're happy to share what we know about the team at your lodge.
