Shared Waters We Fish
Lake · Named for Rivadavia's original site · Multiple trout species
Shares its name with Rivadavia's former public name ("The Lodge @ Cholila"). Shore, wade, and boat fishing.
Lago Cholila sits against the Andes in the heart of Argentine Patagonia, the lake that gave Rivadavia Lodge its former name ("The Lodge @ Cholila"). It's a genuine multi-species trout fishery, worked from shore, wading, or by boat, with clear water that mirrors the surrounding mountains on a still day.
The setting is as much the draw as the fishing: native shoreline vegetation, quiet water, and the kind of scenery that makes a slow afternoon on the lake worth it even between takes.
